ZIPAR is governed by a Board whose members represent Government, the private sector, civil society, academia and professional bodies. The Board provides strategic direction and oversees the Institute's operations.

Audit and Risk Committee

Oversees internal and external audit, risk management and related recommendations to the Board.

Finance and Administration Committee

Oversees financial, human-resource and administrative matters.

Technical Committee

Guides policy analysis, research, capacity building, advocacy and knowledge sharing.
